So who is GDC Enterprises and what do they do?
To put it very simply, we’re a small customer service-driven company whose primary mission is to take the headaches out of commercial projects’ amenity areas for both developers and general contractors. Sort of like a manufacturer’s rep company, we have aligned ourselves with the top commercial pool & hardscape companies by region to provide the best possible sales and service. Our builders have been thoroughly vetted to be sure that they are able to handle the additional business that we bring to them today and in the future. All of the companies that we represent are, most importantly, financially-sound, adequately-staffed, and have strict processes and procedures in place that enable them to complete all of our projects on-time and within budget.
In addition to partnering with the top regional pool companies, we also work with outstanding pool design engineers. One of our strengths is working with on the front-end design to create an amenity area that is creative, unique, fully functioning and, most importantly, within budget expectations! We also have a permit expediting service that can push permits through as quickly as possible.
